We started with one frustration: simple jobs like sending an invoice or printing a receipt kept ending at a sign-up wall or a monthly subscription. So every tool here is free, needs no account, and runs entirely in your browser. What you type stays on your device.

How we write our guides

Guides are written for US businesses and checked against primary sources such as IRS.gov and state government websites wherever rules are involved. Each guide shows the date it was last updated. Tax and legal rules change and depend on your situation, so our guides are general information rather than professional advice.
